Bunt auf Bunt has been with me since I started working as a freelance painter in 1995. The many different themes and the style that has not yet matured, plus the backgrounds in strong colors, were difficult to assign to a theme. A lot had to be improvised for the first exhibition of my gouache work, so I gave my art an appropriate title. I have been keeping this title because of my versatility. This motto also gives me even more freedom for artistic. Now, the term Bunt auf Bunt has a nostalgic value for me.
